1 tsp Matcha powder
1/2 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp Collagen Peptide powder
1/3 Mug milk or milk alternative
2/3 Mug hot water
Heat milk or milk alternative on stovetop or microwave. Combine all ingredients into a blender for about a minute and pour into mug.
Heat milk or milk alternative on stovetop or microwave. Once steaming pour into your mug. Add the matcha, maca and collegen. Use a whisk to integrate the ingredients into the milk. Pour hot water on top until your mug is full.
