Smoothie Template
Smoothies are best made in your own kitchen. They are totally customizable with endless combination options. Make it thick for a smoothie bowl topped with something like granola and eaten with a spoon. Or thin it out and slurp it out of a tall chilled glass. Smoothies are easy on the digestive system as the blender basically predigests the food. They should be just sweet enough and relatively simple. Think of a smoothie as a hefty snack or a very light meal.
Choose one or two things from these different categories and blend them together. Don't be afraid to change it up! I don't think I've ever made the exact smoothie twice <3
