I usually make several individual servings at a time. They're good for about a week.
Stir all this together. It's ok if it's lumpy.
1 tbs chia seeds
1tbs nut butter (make sure ingredients are just nuts!)
1 tbs (or less) maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt and cinnamon
1tbs Sun Warrior Natural or Vanilla Classic Protein Powder
1/2 C milk alternative (make you're own, or use water, or store bought but be careful there's not a ton of added sugar)
1/2 C oats (rolled oats, steel cut, cooked quinoa or a mixture)
Stir to mix, and add a little more milk/water if it's super thick. It will thicken overnight in the fridge.
